A fine resort of Ionian Sea, in most beautiful corner of Epirus
The beautiful town of Parga, with the traditional narrow paths and the Venetian castle,
is located 62 Km Northwest of Preveza and 50 km Southeast of Igoumenitsa.
It belongs to the Prefecture of Preveza and to the region of Epirus in Greece.
It has a population of 5.000 residents. The town of Parga is amphitheatrically built,
charming every visitor with its wonderful view to Ionian Sea and to the small island of Virgin Mary with its small church.
Many tourists visit Parga area every year, from Greece and abroad.
The traditional buildings and the taverns offer to the town a special "view",
that makes it look like a greek island. Parga offers busy nightlife and also any kind of entertainment.

How to get here
During the summer season, there is a boat link to the other nearby Ionian islands (Paksos, Antipaksos, Corfu, etc.).
Also, you can get to Parga by plane with flights which are landed to the airport of Aktion (63 km from Parga)
or to the airport of Corfu island. You may come here driving your car or by bus.
Lichnos beach
One of the most beautiful beaches of Parga is Lichnos beach.
It is just 5 minutes away from the center of Parga (by car).
There are small boats that connect Lichnos with Parga.
The visitor has the chance to explore some of the less famous but
fantastic beaches of our area as well as the enchanting Afroditi's cave.
